Problems with text layout on existing tickets

Since early November 2015, we use a new text editor in our helpdesk environment.

The introduction of this new text editor can ensure that the layout is less clear on existing requests. The layout problems could have something to do with:

  • Font size;
  • Letter formatting (bold, italic, underline);
  • Font color.

Adjusting the text editor allows us to apply text formatting in requests. This allows us to accentuate certain operations / information. Making us believe that we can better convey the information.
